The Syli blouse is a relaxed everyday garment with a loose fit. It features a gathered bodice, a shallow tuck across the chest and a hemline that dips slightly longer in back. The neckline is finished with binding with a back vent secured by ties. The blouse is hip length and has straight ½-length sleeves.
Materials & Supplies
- 4 cm (1 5/8”) bias binding, 210 cm (83”) *
* Cut binding lengths from your fabric as suggested in the cutting plan, or use premade binding
Fabric suggestions
Choose a light to medium-weight, non-stretch fabric. Depending on the desired result, you can select either a low-drape fabric or a fabric with a little drape. Cotton, linen, Tencel and rayon shirtings or dress-weight fabrics are recommended. You can cut the binding from your fabric or choose a premade binding.
